WHAT WE ARE UP TO

Me and Scott talk to each other a LOT!

Often, we have these big conversations on health, fitness, personal training, rugby, movies, music, family etc and I always think it would be useful to share with you guys. The reason being, like you we have lives to lead outside of training and we very much have to 'figure it out'.

Our insight exceeds, just our own experience. Over the years we have spent 1000's of hours with a huge range of people, trying to help them work it out.

So we decided to sit down every week and record a conversation. These range from 5-10 minutes of totally unplanned and unscripted discussions. We think it will be a huge benefit and a great opportunity for you to get to know us. Some we will film ahead of time, others we will do live!
