Attempting a muscle up can be pretty chaotic.

It's that nasty combo of being both complicated and physically tough!

It's like climbing up a big old wall and the fact is, you can get to the top. It will take some time, but its totally possible. However, instead of endless attempts at unsuccesfully clawing your way to the top. We suggest a different method.

Establish some order and build some steps!

Every complicated movement is built up of smaller, more managable exercises. Only when you can successfuly complete each of these components, can you glue them together into the final product.

Scott took the team through each step to 'muscle up wall' with the intention of learning how to perform them and to then move on to teaching them.
