THRIVING DURING LOCKDOWN
With the Cornavirus pandemic hitting the world in 2020 - times look uncertain. As with everyone, we had to adapt to make this lockdown a positive experience.
We thought we would work out at lunchtime and invite our clients to join us remotely. Training has always been our 'go-to' for feeling better - and it worked. Our clients loved it, so we let them bring their friends and family along and the whole thing kind of exploded through word of mouth.
We did workouts every weekday from the start of the first UK lockdown, all the way to July 2021.
Daily classes of up to 60 people all crushing it - Hundreds of people over 4 continents training over hundreds of workouts. Countless reps, drips of sweat, smiles and results.
There are hours upon hours of free content we have put out there to improve anyone's lockdown. The classes and community grew with a variety of goals and circumstances. We have seen people that rarely trained, become the kind of people that put the time aside 5 times per week. We saw families meet in the classes so they could work out together and support each other. Many of you have sought solace in strength amongst truly difficult times. No matter who you were, we have all shared experiences of tough, challenging and rewarding workouts from all across the world.
This wasn't part of the plan, we just did what we could, when we could, as well as we could. It is our greatest achievement and we couldn’t be prouder.
