Do you want to get strong? Stronger than you ever imagined? Well, then Ben will get you there. I've been with Ben for roughly 2 years and thanks to his constant feedback, specifically tailored and regularly updated plans I've become stronger. Ben has years of experience and knowledge and corrects me on my form, how to avoid injury and provides insights on recovering adequately. He also challenges and encourages me to do more. Ben is flexible with scheduling and is a down-to-earth funny guy as well, which is a great distraction when resting between some sets of heavy lifting. I really can't recommend him enough! He is awesome!
