SAM'S BUS PULL

I will open with Sam’s testimonial, as I think it puts things into context nicely.

Sam had tried many times to build consistency with his training. He’d make progress, only to stop for long periods of time and regress. Coaching Sam has been a perfect example of making a great relationship so that he/we have an awesome time - and then providing, simple - easy to progress workouts so he gets measurably stronger. Its kept him coming back, losing weight, getting stronger and building muscle. Throughout the process we have been realistic with his busy lifestyle, and allowed him to enjoy a fair few pints of Guinness (often together) We got the fundamentals locked so he had flexibility and was prepared for anything!

All this came to a fantastic demonstration of strength when he entered a charity bus pull and absolutely smoked far larger, more experienced athletes. The extra benefit was that he had his twins watching their superhuman dad from the top deck of the bus he shifted 20m at crazy speed.
